Welcome to the new Lake Sylvan POA website! We've built this site to give our community a modern, centralized hub for association documents, news, online dues payment, and more. Bookmark this page and check back regularly for updates.
At the 2025 annual meeting, a majority of property owners voted to update the annual assessment to $325 per property owner. This increase supports ongoing lake maintenance and positions the association to plan for future improvements, including potential lake dredging. Dues can now be paid online through our secure payment portal.
