Why Are Dues Required?

The annual assessment is established by the recorded covenants for the Sylvan Shores Subdivisions (Vol. 19, Pages 232-236, Clark County Official Records). These covenants run with the land, meaning they are binding on all property owners regardless of when you purchased your home.

Your dues fund the maintenance of our private lake, common areas, and community operations. Full participation from every homeowner ensures that Lake Sylvan remains a beautiful, well-maintained community that protects everyone's property values.
