Get in touchLake Sylvan is a private lake community nestled in the heart of Clark County, Ohio. Started in 1946 by George and Jeanette Allen on their farmland, the lake was formed by the construction of an earth dam on a tributary of Beaver Creek. Our surrounding Sylvan Shores subdivisions offer homeowners a peaceful retreat with access to boating, fishing, swimming, and the natural beauty of rural Ohio.
The Lake Sylvan Property Owners' Association maintains the lake and common areas, upholds community standards, and brings neighbors together. Whether you've lived here for decades or just moved in, this is your community.
